- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You must park in a valid parking spot. Failing to do so, may result on your vehicle being towed, at your own expense.
- Before you head to the airport, visit the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device. You may then proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD).
- When you return to ORD, follow the signs from baggage claim towards the hallway that leads to the CTA. Go to the Hotel, Bus & Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign, to access the return shuttle. Shuttle can only pick up at Terminal 2, Door 2C (Lowest Level.) Shuttle pick up is on a continuous rotation, not on call.
- Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.
