Enter this location at 870 9th St. NW. This is the City Center garage, operated by Park America. It is located on the west/right-hand side of 9th St. NW (a one-way street) between I (Eye) St. NW and H St. NW. Look for the blue "P" overhang sign which says "City Center DC" directly after Palmer Alley. Once in the garage, head to the P2 level where you will scan your parking pass.
You may also enter this location at its other entrance, 850 11th St. NW.
- Use the QR code to access the parking facility. Do not pull a parking ticket. If you experience any issues with the QR code, please ask a staff member for assistance or use the call button on the entry machine to get help. If a customer pulls a parking ticket instead of using their QR code, the customer is responsible for the ticket and any applicable charges.
- Please note that parking is only available on the P2 level.
- Scan your QR Code at the Orange box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. The same QR code used to enter the facility must be used to exit.
